With our subsidiary SG CNC Bearbeitungs GmbH, founded in 2016, we can carry out the machining of cast parts directly in-house. In a newly built production hall on our premises, we work with a team of 45 employees in 3-shift operation. Here we have state-of-the-art technology with 13 CNC turning and milling centres at our disposal, on which we primarily machine the cast parts we produce.
Flexible series production
Our range of services extends from the production of prototypes and small series from 3 pieces up to large series of approx. 10,000 pieces, with an average volume per series of between 50 and 100 pieces. We specialise in realising even complex processing volumes and also offer options for sophisticated surface coatings through our extended network of cooperation partners.
Precision and quality
Our comprehensive expertise and many years of experience in the CNC machining of cast parts form the basis for the successful realisation of your requirements. We primarily machine grey and ductile cast iron using the wet machining process, but can also process various steel and aluminium alloys. We use state-of-the-art machines and have our own tool and fixture construction department, which produces special fixtures for lathes and milling machines.
Quality assurance through modern technology
In our in-house quality control department, we place the highest value on precision and reliability. We have a wide range of state-of-the-art measuring equipment and 3D coordinate measuring machines from Wenzel to ensure that every machined part meets our high quality standards.
