Integrated quality assurance at all product stages guarantees consistently high-quality castings. Since 1995, our company has been continuously tested and certified for the manufacture, processing and distribution of cast products.

SG CNC Bearbeitungs GmbH

Finishing and casting refinement

With our subsidiary SG CNC Bearbeitungs GmbH, founded in 2016, we can also carry out cast part machining in-house. In a new production hall built on our premises, we process a growing part of our foundry's casting volume on the 13 CNC turning and milling centres of SG CNC Bearbeitungs GmbH.

Our comprehensive expertise, many years of experience in the CNC machining of cast parts in conjunction with our modern machinery and our extensive network of cooperation partners create the best conditions for the realisation of your requirements - from prototypes and small series from 3 pieces up to large series of approx. 10,000 pieces with an average volume of between 50 and 100 pieces per series.
