We not only provide you with first-class castings, but also an integrated quality assurance system that guarantees you consistently high-quality results at every stage of production.
Since 1995, our company has been continuously certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV Management Service GmbH for the manufacture, processing and sale of cast products and pattern equipment. This means that our processes and products always meet the highest quality standards.
In 2011, we were also awarded environmental certification in accordance with DIN ISO 14001 and energy certification in accordance with DIN EN 50001. These certifications emphasise our commitment to environmental protection and energy efficiency, while our OHRIS occupational health and safety management system ensures maximum safety in the workplace.

Production authorisations
Schmiedeberger Gießerei GmbH has manufacturing authorisation in accordance with the AD-2000 data sheet WO series TRD 100 and the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. We also have manufacturing authorisations from the following inspection companies:
